Fixes to pricing and customer models. Add req deliv to order. And more..

* Fix NullPriceAllowed and logic in price calculation
* Fix CustomerCategory join in Customer model
* Add RequestedDeliveryDate to order creation
* Start using Jeeves Signatures on order creation
